The shipping covers damaged products! Please make sure to read proof of damage! I do not do returns for scents you do not care for but I do offer small scent shots to order to see if you like a scent or not. I ship through USPS.
Photos that clearly show the extent of damage will help with your case. For damaged claims, you’ll also need to provide an estimate of the repair costs from a reputable dealer.
